Deposit Policies

All deposits are non-refundable. 

If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will NOT be refunded.


You can reschedule your appointment 1 time as long as you give at least 72 hours notice. Failure to give proper notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. When you rebook without giving proper notice, you will be required to pay a new deposit.


Artists spend a significant amount of time preparing for your tattoo before the appointment. These deposit policies are standard in the tattoo industry and are designed to protect an artist’s time and finances. Artists only get paid if you show up for your tattoo and will have spent hours drawing and planning your design prior to the appointment.

Studio Policies

The studio space is cozy, which means there is not room for any extra people during tattoo appointments. Please do not bring a friend or partner unless you have previously discussed this with me.

 

 

No pets – unless they are designated service animals – are allowed in the studio. This is a requirement set forth by Island Health public health and safety.

 

Please refrain from wearing strong scents/perfumes in the studio. Please be mindful of your hygiene, knowing that we will be in close contact for a prolonged period of time.

Numbing Cream Policies

Numbing cream is applied on a case by case basis. Numbing cream will not completely “numb” all sensations, but rather dull them for a limited time. There is extreme variation from person to person on how effective numbing cream is. A complimentary consultation is required BEFORE booking your tattoo for consideration of the application of numbing cream.

 

All clients who are approved for numbing cream will need to sign a numbing cream waiver prior to being tattooed.

 

Numbing cream is an additional cost. Price will be discussed with you during your consultation.
